I didn't want to add much more to the design because it would be cluttered but here it is. Finally finished him and finally came up with most of Billies tats go me.

Any way they call him Big Billy on the Gravity falls Server so hah.

I love Siren!Bill so I wanted my own design for fun. Hes based on a betta fish and I roleplay him at Nightmaresofcipher.tumblr.com and on discord
